Pet Health Plan 
Today's sophisticated treatments can sometimes be very expensive. We recommend you spread the cost of routine treatment by joining our Pet Health Plan and consider taking out pet health insurance to cope with unexpected emergencies and illness.
The scheme spreads the cost of routine health care through the year and offers additional benefits including, up to 10% discount on our normal fees.
The Heath plan offers:
- Regular health checks
- Annual vaccinations
- Flea & worm treatments as appropriate
- Convenient monthly payments for routine services
- Discounts on additional services
- An extended payment scheme for high cost treatments
- Optional accident insurance
For dogs there are two plans to choose from, the Gold Plan which includes all of the above and 10% discount, or the Silver Plan which is for those that do not need regular flea control and includes 5% off products and treatment.
The health plan in detail
Full Clinical Examination, twice per year, to include:
- General Health
- Ears
- Eyes
- Weight
- Claws
- Dentition
- Urine Test (If over 7 years of age)
Treatment planning
Annual vaccinations
Worming Treatments (sufficient for 12 months)
Flea Treatments (sufficient for 12 months)
Dietary advice
10% or 5% discount on our normal fees, to include:
- Consultations
- Neutering
- Surgery
- X-Rays
- Blood Tests
- Additional Vaccinations
- Kennel Cough Vaccination
- Drugs and medicines purchased at the surgery
- Diets and sundries purchased at the surgery

Please contact us at the practice to complete a simple registration form, which will require your bank account details. Practice staff will be happy to answer any queries you may have
Is it worth joining the scheme if my pet is insured?
YES! Pet insurance does not cover routine preventative medicine. By joining the scheme you can budget for this aspect of caring for your pet.
If your pet is insured you do not need the accident insurance offered by the plan.

Each subsequent pet is discounted by £1 from the above tariff, which gives you an immediate annual saving of £12.
Extended payment scheme
Accidental Injury cover
For only an additional £1.75 per month, you can include Accident Injury Cover. This provides cover for the cost of treating accidental injuries up to £2,500 per incident, subject to an excess of £75.00
Total claims in any 12-month period may not exceed £5,000. The cover is for treatment by our vets. However, if you and your pet are away from home (anywhere in the UK), then cover is extended to include the nearest available vet. Further details of cover are available from the practice.
